By default a search will display all track formats available, however by limiting the search criteria to a particular format you should be able to only see the track options in the format you require. Where duplications still seem to exist for your desired format these are normally because the song is available from more than one publisher. Over time our aim is build one of the most comprehensive online libraries of downloadable Karaoke Tracks. The chances are we probably do have the track you require, but just have not uploaded it onto the site yet. If we do have the track available, by getting in touch and advising your requirements we will ensure the track you require is given priority on being uploaded.

Tracks vary in price from less than 70p to just under GBP 2 (British Pounds Sterling). We strive to ensure our pricing is as competitive as possible whilst ensuring we fully comply with copyright and publisher royalty responsibilities. To comply with licensing and security requirements, you can download your karaoke tracks for only 72 hours after your order is placed, so make sure you get them downloaded to your computer as soon as possible. In case of lost song downloads, if you purchased within 3 days of your loss, visit your link (as emailed to you on purchase) and redownload. Once you download songs, it is your responsibility to make a backup of them. After three days all transactions are archived and if you require us to find and retrieve archived transactions you will be liable to pay an administration fee to cover this service.

A zip file is a method of compressing a file, or multiple files, into a single storage file so they take up less space and are quicker to download. Today most modern operating system computers come with the inbuilt ability to open and extract files from a Zip file. In the unlikely event that your computer can not open zip files you can download for free the zip utility program QuickZip or WinZip.

This does vary across publishers and the file format requested. As a general rule audio bitrate is between 128 and 192kbps . . being more than acceptable for general karaoke usage.

Multiplex tracks have removable lead vocal guides for each song so that you can choose to listen to the song with or without the lead singer vocals. The download service offered by this site is fully licensed by MCPS (Mechanical Copyright And Protection Society)/ PRS Alliance. Royalties are paid to MCPS on each and every track sold. They in turn distribute the royalties to the relevant publishers, record companies and songwriters.

Where a track is to be played in public (ie. to an audience outside your normal domestic environment) it is your responsibility to obtain, or ensure that you hold (in the UK) a PRS for Music Digital ProDub License and the venue owner holds, a current public performance license. The need for a separate public performance license generally applies globally. For further details on how you can obtain a ProDub and / or  public performance license, checkout  PRS (Performing Rights Society) in the UK or in the United States ASCAP (The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers).
